Our Process
We've streamlined our approach to make it easy for you to get started.

We offer two services. First, we have full service outreach option where we'll do everything for you, from finding the addresses, to the printing and the mailing of your materials. This is the option most of our clients choose as it saves them the most time and ensures a professional look and feel to their campaign. All our materials are sent out USPS First Class and are targeted to be delivered to the recipient roughly a month after they move in. This means that your marketing won't be lost during the move in process when they're busy settling in and unpacking. However it's still early enough that the vast majority won't yet have signed up to a new dentist.
Our second option is a DIY outreach where we just provide you with the addresses, no printing or mailing is included. This option is cheaper, but if you already have some marketing materials, want to visit the newly moved in addresses in person, or target them with some other form of marketing, then this could be a good option.
We also have an in house design team that can help you create your marketing materials if you need help with that. There is a small additional fee however it's highly competitive with rates starting at $250.

We find newly moved in addresses and handle the printing and mailing of your marketing materials directly to their door

Upload Marketing Materials
Upload your marketing materials, making sure that they adhere to our guidelines. If you've not yet designed your marketing materials, we have an in house leaflet design service so please get in touch.

We print
Review your order details and pay. Your order will be reviewed by ReachTeeth for errors and mistakes, then dispatched to the printers within 2 working days.

We deliver
Your marketing materials will be delivered to the addresses in your specified area within a week. Once the materials are delivered you will receive an email update.

Future months
We will mail out your materials to newly purchased properties in your area each month. You can cancel at any time through our dashboard or emailing info@reachteeth.com

What types of marketing materials can I send through ReachTeeth?
By default we allow you to send 4"x6" postcards to new homeowners. Please see our design guidelines for more details. If you want to send any other materials, please contact us.
How quickly will my marketing materials be delivered to new homeowners?
Your marketing materials will be delivered to new homeowners within 5 working days of your campaign being dispatched to the printers (which happens within 2 working days).
Can I target specific types of properties or neighborhoods?
You can draw on the map the exact area you want to target. Additionally you can set a minimum sale price threshold, so properties which have sold for less than a given price will not be included in your campaign.
What if I don't have my own marketing materials designed?
If you've not yet designed your marketing materials, we suggest using Canva as a design tool. Alternatively, we will design your marketing materials for $250. To use this service, email info@reachteeth.com.
How accurate is the data on new homeowners?
Our data is over 95% accurate and gathered and cross referenced from a variety of trusted sources to ensure you reach the right audience. We aim to have your mailings arrive around 30 days after a homeowner moves in, as this is typically when they have started to settle in after the moving process.
Can I change my selected area or spending cap after subscribing?
Yes, you can change your selected area or spending cap at any time. To do so, email info@reachteeth.com.
Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?
Nope! You can cancel your subscription at any time.
What happens if there are fewer new homeowners in my area than expected?
Our pricing is "per record" - so you only pay for the number of new homeowners you send marketing materials to. If there are fewer new homeowners in your area than expected, you will be charged less for that month.
