You can draw on the map the exact area you want to target. Additionally you can set a minimum sale price threshold, so properties which have sold for less than a given price will not be included in your campaign.

Our data is over 95% accurate and gathered and cross referenced from a variety of trusted sources to ensure you reach the right audience. We aim to have your mailings arrive around 30 days after a homeowner moves in, as this is typically when they have started to settle in after the moving process.

Our pricing is "per record" - so you only pay for the number of new homeowners you send marketing materials to. If there are fewer new homeowners in your area than expected, you will be charged less for that month.
